Refund Policies

Refunds for purchases made by Heirloom Evolutions will be honored under the following conditions: 

Standard Orders
If you are unhappy with your order, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund once the item is received by Heirloom Evolution. This applies only to items that are not customized. Once an order is customized, it can not be refunded; however, if it is damaged in transit, we are happy to replace or repair the item for you free of charge. 

Customized Orders
If your item arrives damaged, we will refund your money or replace your purchase. Because we buy insurance for all packages we ship we may require photos of the damaged items and shipping materials for reimbursement by the carrier. 

We require all of our customers to approve designs prior to engraving and can not refund personalized engraved orders for any reason other than damage to the item occurring during shipping or reasons covered by warranty.

Heirloom Evolution guarantees working order of clocks and other mechanized purchases for up to 1 year from the time of purchase. If you have issues with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know about it. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will work with you to find a solution.
